WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Immense funding and budget cut pressures, expectation of cost-effective but efficient delivery of services, political and organisational changes, and new ways of working offer exciting opportunities as well as challenges for both public and private sector organisations.
Since the great recession 2008-13, many organisations gone through transformational programmes; some of them were successful and some had faced severe consequences in terms of losing resources, both economic and highly skilled workforce.
The lessons learnt from failed transformational programmes and successful stories demonstrate that leaders require tools for understanding self and understanding others and the knowledge and understanding of change strategy. They also require skills in diagnosis and analysis. This one-day workshop will provide an ideal platform for leaders and senior managers to explore these issues to be able to make strategic choices anchored in the vision of the organisation and for understanding of self and others.
